I'm Emmanuel, and I built MatchKo because I was personally stuck in the loop it solves.
Last year I sent 180 applications. I tailored every resume by hand until I physically couldn't anymore. Then I started using ChatGPT, and my interview rate dropped. Recruiters were flagging the AI writing. I was losing opportunities not because I wasn't qualified, but because my tools were making my candidacy look suspicious.
MatchKo is what I wish I'd had.
